ACW will be at the JPCA 2026 Show (June 10-12) in the Tokyo Big Sight at Booth 3F-51. Visit us to discuss adhesive applications in electronics, opto-electronics and photonics or ACW’s imprint and working stamp resins.
ACW’s premier adhesive for electronic and photonics applications is A535-AN, a UV-cured epoxy adhesive with high Tg and excellent environmental properties including stability under solder reflow conditions. When a portion of the bonding area is shaded from UV, ACW’s Dual-Cure (UV or heat) 100% epoxy adhesive A539-DM can be used. ACW epoxy adhesives have a wide range of viscosities including thixotropic resins to meet the highest demands for chip and device assembly.
ACW has nano-imprint lithography resins for conventional RI applications like micro-lens arrays for micro-displays and co-packaged optics and high RI LuxNIL® resins for applications as surface relief grating (SRG) layers in waveguides for Augmented Reality headsets. The LuxNIL® resins have RI 1.7 to 2.0 at 589 nm and very low light loss in SRG applications. ACW also has PFAS-free acrylate and epoxy working stamp resins that can be tuned for high yield with specific imprint resins.
For any questions on imprint lithography or adhesives for electronics and optics, you can contact ACW at info@addisoncw.com to discuss your application and request samples.
