Accessing data sheets in the new ACW website
One of the primary aims for the new site was to improve access to our data and MSDS sheets. On the Products page, we have tables that list products with their viscosities, Tg of the cured resin, applications, and both technical data sheets and MSDS links. If you already know the product and need a data sheet, select "Data Sheets" in the Resource Center pull down to reach a table containing links to all TDS and MSDS in PDF format. Simply click on the TDS or MSDS link for your product, and a new page will open containing the data sheet in PDF format.

High RI, low Abbe number resins
ACW offers a range of high RI, low Abbe number, deep cure resins for applications in Wafer-Level-Optic lenses for mobile phones and other devices. The cured resins have RI at 589 nm ranging from 1.52 to 1.60 and are optically clear. They have high hardness and excellent temperature resistance in solder reflow process up to 280 °C.
